Need Steam accounts info

I need some steam accounts, for me and my friends, i need some old accounts to play counter strike and half life with my friends, i search on the net but couldn't found anything. Do i have to buy? I don't know anything about this procedure. It would be good if i could borrow some already old account. Thanks for any help

All you can do is download steam and create a new account in that, ans say same to all your friends also.

Important to know about steam:

There is Vac Anti Cheat system that automatically bans players if they are cheating, CAL/CEVO/BOE etc, are leagues that players play in to compete competitively. There is no making a new account if one is banned--the game will have to be purchased again.

And when you buy a steam account , you should never change the email ID, you should only change secret answer, and password.Because if you'll change the contact email they will suspect you having multiple accounts.
