Help to install the game please

I download the game tayutama - kiss on my deity, but here it is not given how to install it. It is a Janpanese game. I have used the Microsoft AppLocale. It also not work.
I expect anyone's help if anyone knows. Thanks.

Are you getting any error ? your download file must be corrupted .

You will have to download deamon tool to mount the game if it is in ISO File. You must have regional settings to japanese or rename the main directory (looks like ????) from ISO file to Tayutama with UltraIso and Save As a New Image.Installing the game has to be run with microsoft aplocale.You can Mount it with UltraIso too.

But How can I make a new ISO file. I only know how to make a Zip file. or

You can use Nero software to create an ISO file.
OR
"Build Files/Folders to One ISO File" using demo of UltraISO 6.5
