No Cursor pointer in Vista games

i Have some Games Like Counter strike , companies of heroes , the problem is that the cursor pointer in not visible in these games , and without the pointer i cannot play the games , i dont why the cursor is not visible in my windows Vista Games , well if play small games then it is visible , i dont understand what is the problem, please help me solve this thanks in advance for your replies

You can fix it by changing the updater command from:"C:\Games\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" to "C:\Games\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" -compatiblecursors 1

I have done this and my problem was resolved , lets hope it work for you too

the most common and easy solution is to get a dry erasable marker and used to mark a dot in the center of your monitor, this will help you play game more precisely

lowering Hardward Acceleration in the Advance Display Properties one level fixed it.and you can also open your Options Menu of games . Then click on [Configure Keyboard]. This will pull up your Keyboard Configuration Menu.
Look for the option in the leftmost column that says Mouselook Toggle. Set this to a key or key combination that you rarely use (alt+m for example). Click on Done at the bottom, and then Accept. Then log back in and use the key or key combination to toggle off the mouselook and you should be back to normal.
