Fallout 3 best armor

Currently im playing fallout 3 on PC . can any one tell me how many stealth armor are there in fallout 3 ? which is the best i have just started the game , so no armor for me for now ! i just want to know ?

There are Chinese, Tribal and Outcast armors , for me its the Metal Armor hands down .
