    Error "69-c00d119a" in Xbox 360

I can’t play MP4 files on my Xbox 360. Whenever i try to play such files on my Xbox . i get an error "69-c00d119a", while these files are playing good on my PC.I also re-download the optional media codec but no result. Any one of you have any idea or suggestion to fix this problem ? Please let me know.

i think, this can be the cause of audio issue. try going to AC3 filter and set it to 5.1 audio for a different conversion and put it back to 2.0 stereo and reconvert the file. Or try Prism Plus. Its a third party software, and it even converts mp4 to mp4 that plays on xbox360 but in the settings u cant miss it select xbox360"it converts to ps3,ipod,xbox360 'n a normal mp4"

You can even try to play MP4 files through the video area rather than windows media center on the xbox 360.

Definitely it might be the audio conversion issue. There is difference in MP4 files and MP4 that plays on Xbox 360. You can even try AviDemux, is purposed for editing and converting video material and contains several codecs. Supported input formats include: avi, openDML, mpeg1/2, NuppelVideo, H263(+), mpeg4, mov/3GP/mpeg4, ogm, images (bmp, jpg). Supported output formats include: avi, avi dual audio, mpeg video, mpeg A+V (PS/TS), ogm, unp. vop. Once downloaded, drag the file onto the window.Set the side menu as shown then click the 'Save' logo. Give the file a new name (include the extension) e.g. newfile.mp4

I can suggest you to just use direct stream copy for video. Or try to name the MP4 files correctly. It gets passed on to the 360 with no transcoding.Try putting it in a directory set to Always, and if that works then either leave it there or change the extension to AVI or something that isn't assumed to be 360-compatible.
