Unknown Windows API Function in COD 4

So first I want to say Windows7 which is not bad.
It comes very close to Vista is for me, but user-friendly than Vista.
But since there are still a few small problems.
Example, Call of Duty 4, because I constantly weird kicked because of "Unknown Windows API Function 131131", whatever that even is.
Some one of you could help I would be very grateful.
