Wii points card generator

I heard about Wii points card generator on internet and wanted to know does it really exists ? Also i think it might be a virus thingy. One of my friend downloaded it but it doesn't worked. Whenever he try to open it, it says 'error; not a valid game file'. Does Wii points card generator exists and work ?

Yes it exist but not sure about it works or not. And one more thing , getting them for free is illegal and most generators will give you viruses.. So what i can do is I would advise against it.
