Hi,

I have Red Ring of Death red light error 74 on my Xbox 360. can you tell me where to repair it. many Xbox user are facing this hardware failure. there is no help solution given in the Xbox 360 site. how much that costs to repair this failure ?

For your information, If it's still under warranty then you dont have to pay any charges. and if it is not then buy a 2 year warranty and then you will be set for 2 years. it is better to buy warranty instead of paying repairing charges.

Hey My Xbox 360 was purchased in 2005 and then I extended the 1 year extended warranty. I called Microsoft customer support they told me that you will not get any free service for the Repair.

For this ring of death common error Microsoft has decided to extend the warranty on xbox 360 from 1 year to 3. as you have extended the warranty you can claim and give your product detail. if it is under warranty then you wont get charged, and it its not under warranty then the will charge $150 bucks plus shipping to repair your Xbox 360.
