How to reset ps2 parental code

Hi!
i have Playstation 2, yesterday i tried to watch basic instinct movie and it asked for a parental password. There could be instances where you entered in a parental code months ago, I dont know how to reset it. Is there anyway to reset the password or bypass it?

Come to screen where it asks you to enter the parental code.
