I have just got my self a new xbox 360 i was going through the reviews of xbox in few site and the ranking which they have given to the support in India is not good ,, but those review are very old , I want to know the current ranking of the Xbox 360 support

I have experience the low quality support of xbox 360 in India , first they customer service have fo** people sitting there . The quality the standard is not good compare to PlayStation ( dont know if they are in india for a long time ) I think Microsoft will take time to grow in support field
