Crysis not working with patch 1.2

Hi,
i have perfectly installed from here Crysis patch 1.2 but when i started ,crysis has stopped working a blank window shows and then closed it, i am running it on Vista. what is wrong? what should i do ?

are you sure that you have complete and safe installation because looks like your some files got corrupt so i will suggest you to reinstall crysis and try again to apply patch. while applying patch make sure that noting is installing in background .

i think before reinstalling you should take chance by installing any old patch then upgrade it by applying new one i am not gamer that just what i did for my Firefox when it had problem also you can check here Crysis Problem

you can try reinstall Crysis using Revo Uninstaller , you should use CCleaner check How to use CCleaner restart pc then install Crysis again then install patch 1.2. there is also problem due to your antivirus setting so check its level of security which can be block some important files for patch.
