Fix "Failed to load content"

i cant load the new prince of persia 2008 on my system.. it goes up to 40% and then goes back to 0% and Keeps saying "players failed to load content."...how do i fix failed to load...??can someone help me with this??i tried to turn off my pc two to three times but still same issue.

Maybe there is a problem with the HARD DRIVE, if you don't have any other games saved, try to format the HD and then try to use the save/load again prince of persia 2008, Hope this helps, also, you need to specify which console you own.

Well you should know if they are scratched just by looking at the disks?i would suggest going to a game store and having them clean the disk for you, and if that doesnt work you will probably have to buy a new game.Not loading a game is due to a bad disk. Your disk is scratched lightly (because it can load the first 40%). You can most likely fix the scratch with the disk cleaner or you will need to buy a new one.
