problem with command & conquers 3

Well, I have a problem: when I play CC3, after 10 minutes, my pc crashes and displays this:

And my desktop display is "smeared".

It is not good . The tearing of image is not necessarily due to a faulty graphics card, but simply the lack of memory evoked by the error message. Virtual memory in many cases, more than physical (RAM), is it there is enough free space on the partition where the paging file (swap)?
Other games are not a problem?

    At worst, the ram testing.

Thank you for the beginning of this clarification.
Yes, I have enough room on my partition. And, yes, this is my first game that I did it! For info, it is true that I play with a high resolution and graphics options available rather high average. And I control how the swap?

Catalyst drivers for the graphics card are up to date? I also recommend you install the version of DirectX that came with the game And if patches for the game are already available at EA (I have not checked), install them too.
