PunkBuster server errors despite update

Hi Folks, I am going straight to the shop again because of a Punkbuster A server error is thrown, all the links say that I should update Punk Buster, I have now done a thousand times and I also trying the game with all patches and then reinstalled the Punkbuster update .

Nothing, no chance! can get any help here !
