Description

Patch updates Fallout 3 to v1.5 and offers a number of game enhancements, including Broken Steel achievements.

After two delays, the third module of additional content for Fallout 3: Broken Steel, is available. To ensure the assumption of success that this new module will integrate, Bethesda has just released a new update to the base game.

It is stamped v1.5 and is obviously on some servers for download. With the download of about 50MB, it enables the integration of success to Broken Steel, but it is also on a variety of bugs as a display of famous VATS calculations. Problems with non-player characters accompanying the hero are also fixed and we invite you to apply this update, even if you do not buy Broken Steel.

I think that Bethesda has not made a demo for the last two Elder Scrolls so I guess that Fallout will not change anything at all.
Fallout 3 is really average. Say, fun but limited and repetitive.

I advise you not Oblivion, which has excellent mods, a nice life, but not without flaw either, far from it ... but one must admit that it is not so bad as that. Certainly the spirit is not like the first, but there is the idea involved.

The last Fallout 3 DLC didn't exactly launch smoothly -- users reported issues with the Xbox 360 version of "The Pitt," requiring Bethesda to release an updated version. The latest DLC, "Broken Steel," came out today, and it's also causing problems for players -- this time on the PC.

Would-be "Broken Steel" players are reporting on the Bethesda forums that installation of the DLC isn't working. After the files are downloaded through the Windows Live Marketplace, the installation stops and displays the message "Not a cryptographic message or the cryptographic message is not formatted correctly. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8009200D)."
