Blank/Black Screen Bug in Crysis Warhead

Hello ,

I Have recently purchased Crysis Warhead ,After installing When i Tried to play it Got release Date Check Error , Which i Was Thanksfully Able to Resolve due to this Forum , after that When i Tried to Load the Crysis Warhead I got a full blank screen , although The monitor was not turn off, and if i press any key i Can Hear the Sound of Gameplay like Running , shooting , I Have purchase the game From Official site , i mean Steam , I Have Windows Vista Pc Running e7200, asus p5n73-am , 500 gb sata , 2gb , transcend ddr2-800 mhz . If you solution to this problem PLease Help me Solve thanks in Advance for your Replies

Hello , You Can try turning graphics settings down to lowest. try running single GPU mode(non X2), or running DX9 mode.(go into start>games>right click on warhead>customize, then move the "start DX9" up to the top and it will run in DX9). Hope this Help You

Hello , You could try editing your config crysis config file. Its in "my documents/my games/crysis_warhead/game.cfg".

Find:
r_Fullscreen = 0

Change to

r_Fullscreen = 1

Also set

r_Width =

and
r_Height=

To whatever resolution you require (I would suggest 800x600 to start with)
On another note, You Should Try the latest ati driver ,I Think it Should work For You

Hello , Is it fullscreen ? Most of the time, when it launches, it's always windowed, the sound still plays but the screen is black, if it is like that, then make sure you have the game selected and press alt + enter.
