CSS lag problem

I am the happy user of an MSI Notebook quite powerful, but it was under Vista: s so I decided a little hop and formatting XP Pro. But I worry a little small, I am a CSS player and every time I have flashed a HE or falls at my feet fall + FPS lag of his which is very disturbing. I personally look for more savings system processor, in fact my C2D T7100 from 1GHz to 1.8GHz sometimes in the middle part and such oO under Vista (home business) no worries, in XP, this phenomenon

AC can not I run only when HE and flash so I do not think it could be that even under vista nothing.
