Flight Simulator X sound and keyboard assignments problems

Hi everyone when i first went on Flight Simulator x the mission narrator would talk and i could go on to keyboard assignements and read everything on it. But now the narrator wont talk, and the air traffic control people wont talk neither and when i click on keyboard assignments the popup gose black and the same thing happens when i click on messages, briefing, nav log, checklist, reference and missions. I have tried uninstalling the game but it still hasent changed. Thank you.

Edit Panels Window

• You can view panel gauges and bitmap files by right clicking on a panel and selecting Panel Configuration--> View Panel Files.
• A Repair button appears in the configuration file report area if the addon has issues that may be fixed by Addit! Pro.
• A new progress bar appears when loading panels

Edit Sounds Window

• You can view sound files by right clicking on a sound and selecting Sound Configuration-- > View Sound Files.

this has nothing to do with my sound the rest of the sound works fine
