    GTA IV gives error 0xc0000005

I've a small hardware problem, when I use the stupid war game GTA 4 is not to running. And always when I run it wants to come the following errors:

The app failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).
Click on OK to terminate the application.

Can someone help me? what is it? Reinstalling has no use to.

    My Sys
    AMD X3 8450
    4 GB Ram
    9800 GTX + 512 DDR
    1000 GB HDD

    Thank for your help.

thank you already, I've already tried with patch does not work anyway ... My motherboard is called elite group Nforce9M-A. Have the latest drivers on it.

I have repeatedly been versuhct habs to install, sometimes still hangs GTA4 even while on the installation, simply remains at a certain point are (already suspect to me that the InstallShield Wizard is destroyed or so, you can use it like any under Vista reinstall?) yes and the other start times, the PC while installing just new. First comes a blue screen and then its rebooted.

    http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/index-x.shtml

Alternatively, find the file or an installation on the GTA DVD
the file must be in the system32 directory, it is often even if you have them in the game folder, but then just for the game!
