Install msn on my nintendo ds

Can anyone tell me if MSN can be installed on Nintendo DS. What are the tricks to install it, do we have to pay for this or is it for free? Thank you

I have MSN Messenger on the DS. I use a homebrew program called 'Beup'. You can draw, see your friends display pics etc. It's pretty neat and looks exactly like the real thing. This program will only work though if you buy a homebrew item that will run custom code - but it's worth it. I also have a universal chat program, G-mail, FTP program, e-book reader etc. on my DS. Good times!
