Fps drops in games

Hi friends,

I recently installed Windows 7 x64 bit as , Operating System and I'm now having problems with the fps in games, such as Counter Strike. I really want your opinion about this, since I'm used to 70fps on Counter strike when running Windows XP.

I have also install the new ATI Radeon Catalyst drivers. But still facing same issue.

Please help me out.
