Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 in Windows xp

hello guys,

Trying to install this old 1999 game in windows xp. I've tried everything for this.
It is a Win95 game and up, not specifying any other OS's, downloaded the patches . But nothing seems to be working for me.

If anybody knows something about it. please help.

It will work in Compatibility Mode though.

Probably because the game predates windows XP, you could Buy RCT2, which is basically the same game, but does run on XP, or if your computer is good enough for it, RCT3, which is in full 3D

Is there a version of this patch for the UK rollercoaster tycoon. Any help would be appricated- im desperate for one.
