THE STORY :
In Divinity 2 : Ego Draconis, you begin the game as an apprentice Dragon Slayer who, after a bizarre twist of fate becomes a legendary Dragon Knight. The Dragon Knights are selected by Dragons based on their linage and have the ability to transform into a Dragon. They are the very creatures you have trained all your life to destroy, which puts you at odds with your former brothers in arms and indeed most of the population of Rivellon.
For this is where the tale takes place: Rivellon, the beautiful but war torn world first explored in Divine Divinity. Much has happened there since, but the death of the Divine - The hero from Divine Divinity & Beyond Divinity - is undoubtedly the greatest tragedy. He was slain by a Dragon Knight during a battle with Damian, Rivellon's arch nemesis. The Divine's paladins swore revenge and so the order of the Dragon Slayers came to be.
Divinity 2 : Ego Draconis begins years later, near the village of Broken Valley where a Dragon has been sighted and the task of hunting it down begins. But the battle plan goes awry and soon you will find yourself infused with the power of Dragons. Not only does this event enable you to take the Dragon form at will and unleash a variety of unique powers, it also sets you on an unexpected quest that will unveil hidden truths, reveal old evils and shall have grave implications for the whole of Rivellon.

Looming like a colossal stone claw over Sentinel Island, stands the Battle Tower, a vast citadel built many centuries ago by a long forgotten Dragon Mage. Become bound to the Battle Tower through a mystical relic known as a Dragon Stone. The Dragon Stone allows you the ability to teleport to the Battle Tower at any moment so that you can utilize the powers within the tower.
*Build your very own ultimate fighting creature.
Conjure the spirits to bring to life a creature made from body parts you have collected during your battles. This creature’s power is literally the sum of his body parts; the variation of different parts affects its powers. Once you are able to assemble this abomination, summon it to support you in combat.
As you probably know, the first role-playing games, as we say now is not on the digital embodiment of your screens, look like this: the company is very enthusiastic people locked in a room, sit in a large table, and listened carefully to one person.
