Pro cycling manager 2008

I just bought the game Pro Cycling Manager 2008
its configuration is as follows:
Athlon xp 2600+
geforce 6600,
1gb ddr333,
hdd 80gb
the installation of the game is going very well, but to start the game error message:
the instruction at "0x007558f0" referenced memory "0x00000010". The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program. click cancel to debug the program

the hard disk is defragmented, a stroke was made ccleaner and tuneup utilities. is also a memtest on each of 2 strips of ram for 3h and RAS, no errors. what is bizarre is that it is only with this game, and not with others: Need for Speed Underground 2, Most Wanted, PES2008, fifa2007 ....
