Mirror's Edge running too slow with PhysX on

Hi,
I'm using Windows Vista here. Just started with Mirror's Edge and finding it really slow here than it should be whenever there is even a minor amount of PhysX stuff going on. In heavier scenes its giving 4 to 8 fps. I've tried setting the graphics settings to their lowest and the the game graphics sucks now but still its slow. I have updated with latest drivers going on already. Without PhysX, I'm averaging maybe 70-90 fps.

Any hep be really nice to me.

MY Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260, Intel E8500 3.16GHz , 4Gb RAM

I was facing same problem with Mirror's Edge and with PhysX on. My solution was re-installation of the PhysX-system software. Simply uninstall the PhysX-software and reinstall it. After I do that and start Mirrors Edge again the PhysX-slowdowns are gone. until I start Mass Effect again, which wrecks the PhysX-software again.

Try by disabling your hardware acceleration. You can do this by right-clicking your desktop -> Personalize -> Display Settings -> Advanced Settings -> tab "Troubleshoot" -> Change settings.

Please uninstall the game, verify all your drivers are up to date, then reinstall. This can be an issue if you update your drivers after installing the game.
