best first person shooter for XBOX 360

I just bought an XBOX 360 and I my wife bought me COD 4 modern warfare...I think i might have picked the wrong game to start out with....i just played raindow 6 vegas and it blows in comparision....any thoughts???

Thanks guys....I think I hit the local Game stop and pick up a used copy of Far Cry....I remember seeing it AT Best Buy, and I think it looked pretty cool
