Diablo2 play under Mac OSX 10.5.3

Hi folks,

I play better or played very much like Diablo 2 on Battlenet on my MBP just after the OS update to 10.5.3, it simply will not start anymore. It's always just "Unexpectedly Quits", with error description:

I've already reinstalled -> no success,
Blizzard of several mails sent -> after 2 weeks still no reply (otherwise react and fix the real error).
Apparently am not the only one ...

Has someone any solution for me as it OSX10.5.3 get up and running?

Or just as well: How do I get rid of the update, all without completely re-install?

@ mods I want to stay here for "games" probably wondering what the many OSX because ...

Is just a backup that you created before the update?? you can even time machine that may not align.
