Looking at the situation I am suggesting that you should run SFC/SCANNOW command on the computer. This particular command will be useful if mss32.dll file is provided by Microsoft.

You should launch the Command Prompt on the computer.
    • Click on the Start button and click on Run.
    • Now you have to enter 'cmd' without quotes and press enter.
    • After that run 'SFC/SCANNOW' command without quotes.

Yes you need to login to the administrator account and then try the steps given to you. Unless you do not login with full admin privileges there is no way you can install the game or so. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
    sfc /scannow

Once you downloaded and installed mss32.dll in the game directory and in windows/system32, and you have a problem like AIL_............, you don't need to fix it
