• Your graphics drivers are up to date and installed
  
  
• Decrease the settings (graphics etc ...) to your games to see if it can improve your problem
  
  
• Check if a patch is not extended for this game
  
  
• DirectX10 with you? whether tests with version 9

Could you try to execute your game in administrator mode right-click on the .Exe and then either through ownership, compatibility mode.
