I want to play the latest best RPG game. I would like to know more about the system config and characters. I have played basic RPG games and want to play advanced game. Please Guide me.....

Fallout 3 is the best RPG game released in october 2008. Its the best game because its a deep, engaging and complex experience, allowing players to create complex narratives around their actions while also giving them the freedom to roam around a beautifully constructed world.

You can create any type of charecter you like. Characters are lose quarters brawler, focusing on melee attacks while being very skilled in medicine and lockpicking.

V.A.T.S., plays an important part in the fighting phases of the game. While using VATS, real-time combat is paused, and action is played out from varying camera angles in a computer graphics version of 'bullet time', creating a combat system that the Bethesda developers have described as a hybrid between turn-based and real-time combat.

The player can have a maximum party of three, consisting of himself or herself, a dog named Dogmeat, and a single non-player character or NPC.

A player who makes morally good choices will be received more positively by "good" NPCs, and more negatively by "evil" NPCs; however, the reverse is also true: a player that makes morally bad choices will be received more positively by "evil" NPCs and more negatively by "good" NPCs.
