Can not start the James Bond Night Fire

Installed James Bond Night Fire yesterday, but when I start it . it started loading properly then i get this error message

I think the games is compatible with XP SP 2 (running Vista Home Premium), run as admin etc . Some suggestions on what might be the error, for the memory "enough"? pls help

Can you give us your full computer specifications? Have you updated your graphic driver to the latest?
