Kingdom Hearts: 358 / 2 Days delayed until summer 2009

We learn through the Jump Fiesta 2009 Kingdom Hearts 358 / 2 Days will not come out next February in the land of the rising sun, but a few months later. Not to worry, the first returns of the playable filtered.

Announced together with Kingdom Hearts: Coded and promising Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, Kingdom Hearts: 358 / 2 Days will also make some good ideas to enhance the DS, especially multiplayer function.

Originally due in February 2009 in Japan, the opus dedicated to Nintendo's portable console is a report therefore formalized by Square Enix at the Jump Fiesta 2009. However, a playable demo was present at the show, as we had stated in the release schedule of the event.

    A little waiting
Kingdom Hearts 358 / 2 Days is finally pushed to the summer of 2009 in Japan, the exact date still to be confirmed. As a reminder, the opus will focus on Roxas when he enlisted in the Organization XIII. The story focuses on why he decided to join this group and the events that prompted him to leave in the future. Blueprint screenplay takes place before the events of Kingdom Hearts II, when Sora is still asleep. The levels are the same as those of previous episodes, typically in the Disney universe.

The title will offer a multiplayer mode for up to four. You can choose between all the characters of the Organization XIII, each with capabilities and weapons of their own. The demo Jump Fiesta 2009 allowed to play with two new characters: demyx and Luxord. The latter is very good at magic, but particularly immobile. It is worth noting that the episode is confirmed for a U.S. marketing.

358/2 Days revolves around the untold events of Roxas during his time with Organization XIII and will take place during the year Sora was asleep between the events of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II.[6][13][14] The game's prologue will cover the "birth" of Roxas, but the gameplay will start from when he enters the Organization.[15] Roxas' daily duties with the Organization, his doubts, and his defection will also be included in the story.[16] The initial trailer showed most of the events in Twilight Town.[17] Other worlds, like the Destiny Islands, Beast's Castle, and Wonderland, have also been featured.[18] Later trailers and game demo
