How to listen to his own music in GTA IV?

Does anyone know how to do (what file or folder to create) to listen to his own music in GTA IV and once in game on what radio is so. ?

The path to follow: My Documents \ Rockstar Games \ GTA IV \ User Music

There shortcuts post its MP3, WMA or m4a (iTunes required for this format) and open on Thursday choose Independence FM radio

But this is normally marked in the Survival Guide to Liberty City:

but first do a scan in the audio options, so that it can detect the song before
