ok, I've tried to do from the anti-aliasing, but, 2x and 4x but no difference, lag remains , in the game I have tried everything, frames per sec, the settings of my screen that changes nothing and talked about processes, there are 29 processes and 0% cpu use so I think it is not,

Im having the same problem...and I already turned down or off everything in Nvidia control panel. This makes no sense, I can play games like Everquest 2 in full graphics and no problems.

    Heres my specs

    Windows XP Pro
    AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3800+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.4GHz
    3072MB RAM
    DirectX 9.0c
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS 512.0 MB

If anyone has a remedy, that'd be great

I am having the same problem with cod 5 W@W and although lowering the resolution works a little for me, that shouldn't be the solution. My specs, to my understanding, aren't the problem:
    Intel Core 2 duo 2.66GHz 6MB L2 cache
    Vista 64
    Nvidia GEFORCE 9600GT 1GB
    18.4' HD LCD
    4GB DDR3 RAM......

I also have a razer copperhead mouse (and all updated drivers) and have lowered the DPI to the lowest setting, turned off mouse acceleration, anti-aliasing and messed around with smooth mouse, no real solution.
