Problem of texture in Far Cry 2

I was playing Far Cry 2 few days ago and I faced some problems with the textures of the game. That is when I walk on the map I mean at the edge of the map, for example, textures are becoming red green blue (RGB). It is really horrible!

Also when I start the game, it does not start in full screen mode. I want to know if this is a problem to the installation or display problems of the game? Or if you have too! In any case I hope that a patch will soon resolve this problem.

What is the resolution at which you play? Does reducing the options solves the texture problem there? Are you using Vista? If so then that should be the problem of Vista itself.

Yes I'm in Vista and my resolution is 1680 x 1050 in my 22" screen. To view these bugs with textures, I just played a different game but these strange textures appear immediately.

For the problem of full screen, just change the configuration file "GamerProfile.xml" in "My Documents\My Games\Far Cry 2". With any text editor, replace the values for "Fullscreen" and "Maximized" by 1!

For your textures, try lowering the resolution and options and see if it works.

It is either because of RAM or the game is not yet adapted to work with some graphics card. I think you should wait for a patch from Ubisoft.
