Quantum Of Solace issue

I have a problem with Quantum Of Solace. After about a minute or two playing the game it slows down so bad, I have to quit and cannot play at all. Sometimes I can't even start the game.
Anybody has any ideas?

P.S.
Hardware is not an issue. I have GTX 280 video card, 4GB of RAM and AMD 64X2 3.2GHz CPU

Well, you might be needing some patch of that game so that it will work properly. Have you tried reinstalling the game again. Are you updated to the latest DX version.

there's no patches for this game. and i do have latest directx and i just updated my video card drivers. i think i found the problem. i repaired my registry with registry mechanic and so far the game runs with no issues.
