Hi,
I see no purpose of the virtual machine, in which case you will consumed more resources than if you play directly on the PC: neutral:

Re: Virtual PC for gaming?

is sure ...
but on the other sides Virtual PC consumes only limited resources, but it is true that is still less the trick is, for me the gamming right now is on xp it consumes less!
  1. I mount xp, and I zap the ergo vista which is not bad (I like me) or
  2. I set up a vista and xp for virtual in the game or
  3. I mount xp pro / ubntu 8.04 for wifle dL and xD

Re: Virtual PC for gaming?

Really, Vista consumes no more than xp??Vista is not it more greedy in particular RAM
and not standing over the trial? I have the experience and I think it consumes a lot about 400mb use in vacuum (after installation) against 60mb for xp pro (almost)
