Request information on Nintendo DS

I would like some information about the DS before buying any.

simple in the box (not a pack with a game more), what is provided? Console + stylus only, or are there any other accessories?

need a memory card as a console for show, to save my progress in games?

And I heard about downloading games via websites (ok it should not be legal, so if you want to talk = mp), but do we need special accessories?

When you buy the DS alone is the console, 2 stylus, a charger

After not there is not need a memory card because the card is in the DS cartridge you buy example: Mario Kart DS

And for downloading DS games is illegal
