Infinity Ward confirmed on Call of Duty 6

If the new does not surprise regulars of the series, it is always good to have confirmation. After Call of Duty: World At War developed by Treyarch is therefore well and truly Infinity Ward who will take over the torch with Call of Duty 6. Scheduled for current 2009 and already confirmed by Bobby Kotick of Activision, this sixth series remains very mysterious and we do not know, for example, what will be the framework chosen by the creators of the series.

After two series, Infinity Ward had indeed left orders to Treyarch for a third component. The studio had enjoyed a year of "beating" to completely change the context on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare it was then a question of the Second World War, but a modern conflict. With World At War, Treyarch returned to more traditional things and you can say Infinity Ward will put this new year "resting" to work on a new framework ... Case to follow!
