Changing small letters back to proper Capital letters in .doc

Am sorry if posting this in wrong section as am just having a query regarding a Document on my win98 system. The document is of about 40 pages and all letters are in caps. What I need to do is change it to normal sentences like we write or read on any website such as here also. For example, sentences should not lose the grammar and all.

I know I can do it manually but I don’t want to waste a week for the same. Is there any other solution to do it ?

Am not sure whether it works or not but you can give try with Choosing Format / Change case / Sentence case. Now for the rest you can manually choose one proper name and change it to title case. After this select each other proper name in turn and use Ctrl+Y. If the same names appear repeatedly, use Edit / Replace with the Match Case option ticked.
e it into regular type print, small letters. Hope this will work. Let me know the results.
