Windows 98SE Product Keys

Hello guys, need a bit help for my friend. He has downloaded Windows 98SE somewhere from internet (not telling me also about the same). Now he is stuck in the halfway installation where we need to enter the product keys. He say that he lost the product keys. Can we get the compatible product key for this on internet ? Any suggestions ?

First of all tell your friend to download or buy the windows copies from Microsoft rather than anywhere else. I guess he is lying because he might have downloaded any pirated copy from internet hence he is not having the product keys. Also let me tell you that no matter where you search, no keys will work with the same.

There is no legitimate websites on internet that provide genuine product keys for any windows edition. Even I doubt that your friend has actually bought windows and as far as Microsoft is concerned they haven’t created and windows edition that is available for free download.
