No entry to bios setup with USB Keyboard

I have enmb Asus M2n-MX SE plus end a Microsoft Digital media keyboard
3000 (USB).
When I will use the F8 or DEL at startingup, I always get the win XP-startup
I can't get into the BIOS.
When I use my old kb I can. I played with the USB-Legacy but no results.
What do I have to do?>

Did you specifically enable USB-legacy than save settings in your bios?

If you have done that and have confirmed that the bios settings have not
changed...
then there is nothing more to do.

If that does not do the trick then just use a keyboard adaptor to use your
USB
keyboard on your PS/2 port. Why waste a USB port for a keyboard anyway?
