"modulemsncrt" is not a valid Windows DLL (let alone a known dill pickle). Either carefully repost the verbatim error message or contact Comcast Support. Due to the many typographical errors in your post, it is difficult to tell what your error really is. It *appears* that your error may be: serv32 caused an invalid page fault in module msvcrt.dll at 017f:7800c9d3 Please verify what your exact error message states, typing more carefully this time. I suggest you contact Comcast regarding the compatibility between the Smartzone Communications Center and Windows 98. I would not be surprised if they were not compatible. http://www.comcast.com/ces/smartzone.aspx Your error message may or may not have anything to do with Smartzone. If the file causing the error is in fact "serv32.exe", you may have a trojan or other malware installed on your system: Coyshader Runtime serv32.exe http://www.castlecops.com/o23list-2657.html -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP Windows, A+ http://dts-l.net/ http://dts-l.net/goodpost.htm |
