Trick: How to save Google video on your Computer!!

You can save the file in .avi or .flv format... your choice!

Quick and simple method.
1. Search for the file you want to download.
2. Paste the url of the video page (or that of the country error message page) here->-"http://www.querocarromogi.com/videogoogle/index.php?language=0"

3. On the next page, you'll get the download link!!!

Okay here is a brief walkthrough of the google video system, mind you I have only been working with it for about all of ten minutes but I have gleaned alot form it.

Okay it save in a similar method as Real, as in the address is stored in the little 4k-6k file.

the .gvp file starts out with # download free google player blah blah blah..

then we get the meat and cheese the address, then it ends with some discriptors of the file that as translated to the player.

this is the location lookup address for the google database, you just cut and paste that into your browser. Make sure to start at the point of "HTTP" and not "URL:", anyways when it spits back the start of the Avi or what ever format you happen to be watching , you then simply select to have it save to your hard drive.


this is a very weak walkthrough to give you enough idea to get a video form the gvp file, I have a long ass walk ahead of me to the union hall and I'm late leaving so I had to keep it short, hope this helps some.

I have not played with it much since, but last night I missed out on a show so I jumped on google video on bought, computer would not connect to google with the player... blah blah

okay. I must give google some credit with their encryption program cause for the five minutes I played with it before I got pissed, and my other show came on I found out through playing with it that their encrytpion programs makes the file read as though their is a corrupt index, now for the funny part they have it set up so that even if you read index, the video it will give you a interger error in your player, I need to look furthr, but they do use something That I think was referenced as ec5 encrytpoi on their copyrighted movies, well my "Lost" have finished downloading so I'm off, I hopefully by next week will have a complete walkthrough of theninner workings of google and their video system for you guys and who ever else on the net would like something to read.
