Some info in case u have a NOKIA Mobile...


1 Imagine ur cell battery is very low, u r expecting an
important call and u don't have a charger.
Nokia instrument comes with a reserve battery. To
activate,
key is "*3370#"
Ur cell will restart with this reserve and ur instrument
will show a 50% incerase in battery.
This reserve will get charged when u charge ur cell
next
time.
*3370# Activate Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR)-Your phone
uses the best sound quality but talk time is reduced by approx.
5%
#3370# Deactivate Enhanced Full Rate Codec( EFR)

*#4720# Activate Half Rate Codec - Your phone uses a
lower
quality sound
but you should gain approx 30% more Talk Time
*#4720# Deactivate Half Rate Codec

2 *#0000# Displays your phones software version,

1st Line : Software Version,
2nd Line : Software Release Date,
3rd Line : Compression Type

3 *#9999# Phones software v ersion if *#0000# does not work

4 *#06# For checking the International Mobile Equipment
Identity
(IMEI Number)

5 #pw+1234567890+1# Provider Lock Status. (use the "*"
button
to obtain the "p,w" and "+" symbols)

To exit this mode -you need to

Hi Man..
Tips sound good but not working for me
I am dialling all these things like (*3370#) and then press call button on my cell but I get an error message (with RED STOP Button) saying "Request Not Completed".

Any ideas why?
Do I have to do any specific settings first to use above tips?

Brother this trick not work on any NOKIA mobile.
For example U say *#3370# for 50% saver battry life but this command not work for many model's.

So please post model number for command working.

Hope u can help me out with this....earlier watching videos on n73 was a full screen experience, however i noticed that a recorded video doesnt appear "full screen"...its lik in 4:3 format whch means there are black borders around it.

Why is it so? I hav tried all camera settings but no change.

What exactly is the display security code. I didnt understand what you actually mean or want

I have a nokia 2760 and the code to check who called you last does not work. Are there any codes for the nokia phone thats ARENT vodafone that allow you to check and see who called you last. SOmeone called me this morning, and my phone does not have any recall of the phone number or the call in the call log. has this happened to anyone else? please help me, it really could have been important

What kind of tips you required friend? I mean, i can help you if want to know any particular part of this mobile phone. If you need to know that how to use it, how to open, hoe to insert sim card, etc.. than you can find this all right in the manual you have got with the mobile phone.
