Making IExplore extremely fast

This is a handy little trick you can use with Internet Explorer 6 to make it boot up extremely fast
Make a shortcut of iexplore on your desktop ... right-click on the shortcut to Internet Explorer and add the parameter '-nohome' to the end of the command line, like so:

Target: Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -nohome

the FULL target should be:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -nohome
if you want it to work...
not just
Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -nohome

i think this is where people are going wrong, by the sounds of it

tbh mate i don't know...
i installed vista but 5 minuites later i uninstalled it again....it bugged me that much

tbh as i said probs before this little trick only makes internet explorer start up faster...
your alturnative is to set your home page to "about:blank"
this also gives you a blank home page. basicly the same thing.
Try it and see if it helps

Infact...this should work with firefox or any other browser
