How to disable Notifications of Application in Android Phone

Each time an update is available for an application that you have installed, a notification is displayed on the screen. If you have installed a lot of applications, it can quickly become boring. Fortunately, you can disable these notifications. You can always see a list of applications to be updated in Google Play.

1. First of all launch Google Play.

2. Press the Menu button on your mobile phone and then tap Settings.

3. In the General Settings section, tap the Notifications option to untick the check mark and disable it.

4. Exit Google Store. Now, when an update will be available for an application, you will not be notified by any kind of notification. Press the Menu button and tap the My Apps option to display the list of applications to update.

You can also try to disable applications notifications in android smartphone by following the below steps:

1. You need to first pull down notification bar in your mobile phone
2. After that try to long press the notification unless a box appears on the phone screen.
3. After that tap the box that says, “App Info.”
4. Now you need to uncheck the box for “Show Notifications.”
5. If you want to re-enable notifications then re-check the box again.
