Steps to install Google Chrome on Linux:

I would like to suggest you to install Chrome through your native package management system but your able to copy the program to a local user address list and run without any privilege of administrator. Go through the below steps to install Google chrome although you need administrative access during installation:

    • First download the installer file (click here to download the installer file)
    • Click on ok button to launch package.
    • Now just make click on the Install Package to start installing Chrome.
    • Now once your setup finishes and then Chrome window opens, first time when Google chrome opens you will get the message letting you know that you can search with Google straight through address bar (Omnibox) and if you want change then you can use any one.
    • Now to open Google chrome you need to go to Applications > Internet > Google Chrome. Now Google chrome will store your package manager due to this you can keep your browser up to date.
