Get old yahoo mail interface back

Yahoo mail interface has changed and new interface is quite attractive with better performance, functionality and integration with facebook. The only problem is that you will not able to load yahoo mail with new interface if you have less than 1024x600 resolution. While trying to load yahoo mail in less than 1024x600 resolution gives error and you need to switch to old interface.

To get back old interface of yahoo perform this steps.

• First of all you have to sign out from yahoo mail account and then close the browser.
• After doing that you have to right click on desktop and then select properties.
• Now after that you have to change the resolution less than 1024x600.
• After doing that you have to open you browser
• Now you have to login to yahoo mail.
• You will see this message.
  
  
• You will see following option at the bottom right side of screen.
• “Just this one time, go to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail”
• “ Return to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail”
• From this you have to select “ Return to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail”.
  
  
• Once you get back old interface of yahoo mail you have to minimize your browser and then set the resolution which you were using and its done.

Thank you for sharing this. I was trying to switch to old version for yahoo mail because old yahoo mail is more user friendly and faster for slow connections. After trying above steps I have witch to old interface.

If you want to get back to new yahoo interface again then it is very easy. Login to your yahoo email account and then you have will see option “Newest version of Yahoo mail ” next to sign out option. click on that option and it is done.
