Your IOS automatically creates the folder and give the name based on the category of apps. You can rename to your liking. And the iPhone can store up to 20 apps per folder. To remove an app from the folder, open the folder you touch the app to vibrate and take it out of the folder with the same motion you can put the app in another folder if you have it in sight.

IOS 4.1 is here and available as a free download for iPhone 3G, iPhone 3G, iPhone 4 ready and iPod touch models of the second, third and fourth generation. But what will the new operating system. iOS 4.3 brings a number of practical new features. Besides the new hotspot feature , the iTunes Home Sharing. This allows music, videos, audio books or podcasts wireless stream over the local network. I too agree with the same.
